The courses are fully recognised by MASTARR, who are a City and Guilds centre, and endorsed by SITO, HSE, CIEH, Skills Active.

The course will cover ALL of the modern day situations which you are likely to be faced with, from single attackers to multiple attackers.

The hardest thing to deal with in an edged weapon attack is your own nervous system, as when we are confronted our body goes into the Fight or Flight syndrome, which is caused by the adrenaline rush. if you train properly and realistically, you will be able to control this. and be able to take control of the situation, quickly and effectively, the 1st thing you should plan is your escape route, and if possible get out of the situation without having any conflict at all, but sometimes you may have to deal with the situation there and then.

The most important thing to remember in any Edged Weapon attack (what most Martial Artists seem to ignore) is ALWAYS CONTROL THE WEAPON HAND, if you don't, you are giving the attacker another chance, as they can change hands with the weapon, and you will most definetely get cut or stabbed,
